If your purchase has not met your expectations, we offer you the option of returning the item or exchanging it.


Below is a detailed description of how to return your product:


1 - Check that no more than 30 days have passed from the date of the item's invoice;

2 - Check that the item and all other accompanying items (manuals, cables, accessories, etc.) are in new condition inside the original packaging, with no signs of use or damage;

3 - If the above conditions are met, go to one of our physical shops (Leiria or Porto), accompanied by the item's invoice, to return or exchange it. If you are unable to do so, please send an email to servicoclientes@ludimusic.com requesting that the item be returned so that you can be followed up.



Important considerations:



  • Transport costs related to returns and exchanges are entirely at the customer's risk. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to items during transport, due to poor packaging or for other reasons inflicted by third parties.



  • If you return the item to a physical shop, the refund, if it does not exceed €100, can be made in cash at the time. If this amount is exceeded, the money will be refunded by bank transfer, which may take up to 5 working days to be processed by our financial services.
