Bright, musical and responsive
FX Stacks are inherently bright, musical and very responsive, but the included multi-functional Zildjian Cymbolt® mount lets drummers customize the Stack's articulation to their tastes with quick and easy tension adjustments. The ability to dial in a desired voicing puts a number of sound profiles immediately at a player's fingertips, from a bright and splashy wash, to raw, quick and cutting.
While cymbal stacks are particularly popular in contemporary styles including fusion, industrial and hip-hop subgenres like trap, the concept of cymbal stacking encourages creativity and sound exploration, and can therefore be applied in any drum set or percussion situation, especially with the level of customization the FX Stacks offer.
