The Irish Bouzouki is an adaptation of the Greek. Its role in music is usually a combination of interwoven accompaniment and melodic play, usually in accompaniment it sees mixed use for open-strings drones, two note intervals, bass lines and countermelody.
This traditionally tuned bouzouki has a solid spruce top, back and sides made of Walnut wood, a maple neck and an Acacia fingerboard, with 24 nickel silver frets.
