With the Ibanez Standard AZ22S1F the extremely popular AZ electric guitar enters the Ibanez Standard Series and closes the gap between the AZ Prestige and AZ Essentials models.


The ergonomic AZ design is realized with solid alder and a two-piece flamed maple top for a particularly resonant basic construction. The back of the body features a comfortable tummy cut on the waist and a slim Ibanez Super All-Access neck joint, which offers the best playing conditions on the AZ neck made of roasted maple.


Naturally, the versatile dyna-MIX9 circuit is also on board. The additional Alter switch can be used to activate alternative pickup circuits for each switch position, which elicit extended sound options from the combination of two Ibanez Classic Custom single coils and a Classic Custom humbucker. The Ibanez Standard AZ22S1F is completed by solid die-cast tuners and an Ibanez T106 tremolo.
